Job summary

BlackBerry Inc. in Waterloo, Ontario, seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to act as the strategic bridge between customers, Success, Product, and Engineering. You will drive technical adoption, design solutions, and guide implementation with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, optimizing product utilization, and building trusted relationships while solving complex challenges with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or related roles.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
Experience managing customer-facing technical projects and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

The primary technical advisor for assigned customers throughout the lifecycle.
Understand customer objectives, technical environments, and integration requirements.
Design and recommend scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and best practices.
Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
Support implementation, onboarding, and adoption initiatives for success.
Provide subject-matter expertise on products, integrations, APIs, security, and architecture.
Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable plans.
Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and increased usage.
