Job summary

BlackBerry is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. You will drive technical adoption, design solutions, guide implementations, and optimize products and services to achieve business outcomes.

You will lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and workshops, while coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and translate business needs into technical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or related role.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software architectures.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Understand customer business objectives, technical environments, and integration requirements.
• Design and recommend scalable solutions that align with customer needs and best practices.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
• Support implementation, onboarding, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on products, integrations, APIs, security, and system architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and increased product utilization.
