Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Engineering Management, with end-to-end ownership
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or integration-heavy systems
- Experience taking on ambiguous problems without a predefined backlog or established process
Responsibilities
- Keep the platform healthy: analyze incidents, support cases, metrics, and data to eliminate root causes
- Grow what the platform delivers: surface missed capabilities and new connection opportunities, improve revenue and efficiency
- Own the direction: build a transparent roadmap balancing reliability, investment, and business opportunities; prioritize ruthlessly; coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Eng, Support, Ops, Sales, Leadership, and partners
