Qualifications

• Minimum technical Associate degree or equivalent technical and management experience.
• 7+ years communications industry related experience.
• Experience managing a technical services environment.

• Build and maintain teams for pre-sale, design and post-sale support.
• Manage workloads, resource planning and project prioritization.
