Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Solution Expert in Austin to lead onboarding and implementation, configuring software and delivering tailored solutions for customers.

You will run technical sessions, partner with Customer Success, Support and Product teams, and ensure client success through seamless integrations and workflow design. The role combines customer-facing duties with strong technical problem solving, requiring English fluency, effective communication, and experience with information systems

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication with customer-facing orientation.
• Analytical thinking with data-oriented mindset.
• At least 1 year of implementing information systems for external customers.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ambitious with strong problem-solving approach.
• Experience or knowledge of MS-SQL and REST API is a big advantage.
• Graduated in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Economics.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical trusted advisor for customers and lead onboarding through implementation, configuration, and integrations.
• Hold customer meetings/calls to understand business workflows and requirements.
• Configure the software and answer questions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead technical sessions and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
• Serve as the go-to person for any technical solutions and foster a customer-facing, logical process.
