DealHub.AI is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead customer onboarding end-to-end, from requirements gathering to configuration and integration work. You will run meetings across time zones and coordinate with multiple teams, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, strong project management, analytical mindset, and CRM experience to drive successful adoption worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, IS, or economics.
• Experience with CRM tools and software onboarding is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Customer-facing with a proven team player.
• Experience implementing software end-to-end is a plus.
