Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team, focusing on the technical aspects of the deal and educating customers on our latest technologies. The role involves leading architecture discussions, AI governance, security, privacy, and API integrations to win key technical buyers.

This position reports to the Director of Strategic Solutions and collaborates with the Solution Consulting team.

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on SaaS/cloud environments.
Strong presentation and demo skills; ability to articulate complex tech.
Ability to translate technology into client value and business outcomes.
Experience with SaaS HRIS/HCM systems or Talent/HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead technical conversations on architecture, AI governance, integrations, and security.
Educate Sales Representatives and customers on product capabilities and roadmap.
Prepare technical demonstrations, scripts, and integration assets for customer engagements.
Assist in RFPs/RFIs and coordinate responses with Security, Privacy, Engineering, and Product teams.
Communicate effectively to both IT and business stakeholders across time zones.
Support internal enablement on platform and technology capabilities.
