Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team in the United States. You'll work with Sales Representatives, RVPs, Account Managers, and Solution Consultants to win deals by articulating technical value to buyers such as the Technical Buyer, AI Governance Buyer, Privacy Buyer, CISO, and HRIS Analyst.

You will own the technical demonstrations, architecture discussions, and integration mapping, while building assets to enable the wider team and strengthen

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to map customer needs to technical solutions and ROI.
Experience with SaaS, HRIS/CRM, or Human Capital Management is a plus.
Ability to work across time zones and geographies.

Responsibilities

Convey value proposition through demos and Q&A.
Align technology with customer goals and environment.
Create integration architecture diagrams and technical assets.
Assist with RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with cross-team input.
Lead discovery and map signals to outcomes.
Stay current on AI governance, security, and privacy trends.
