Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to join the sales team. You will work with Sales Representatives, RVPs, Account Managers and Solution Consultants to win deals by detailing the technical value of Cornerstone's cloud platform to technical buyers.

You will lead demonstrations, craft integration scripts, and translate complex architectures for IT, security and privacy stakeholders, while staying current on product knowledge and industry standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Cloud environments.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to own the room during demos.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead demonstrations and create technical assets for integration capabilities.
Convey technology value to technical and business buyers via presentations and Q&A.
Align technology with client needs and map signals to outcomes.
Develop integration architecture diagrams and maintain shared knowledge artifacts.
