Position Overview:
The Technical Solutions Architect - ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role collaborates with Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams as a ServiceNow SME. The TSA works with the Practice Leader to define and execute strategies to expand Zones' ServiceNow capabilities across industries, building consensus, driving alignment, creating tools, and designing scalable solutions. Candidates should be located in the Central & East regions of the US.

This role requires up to 20% travel.
- Serve as the SME for the Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
- Assist in developing ServiceNow products, services, and solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
- Implement ServiceNow frameworks such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM from the ground up.
- Drive internal enablement initiatives across departments to increase ServiceNow market penetration.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and POCs; facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews on ServiceNow adoption.
- Participate in customer discovery calls to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Support the expansion of Zones' ServiceNow capabilities and develop talent within the practice.
- Lead evaluations and onboarding of ServiceNow technology partners.
- Plan and execute training programs for technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and solution tailoring.
- Proven ability to develop scalable solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills to connect business and technical teams.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in product and service-led selling, focusing on ServiceNow.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS, and advanced certifications like CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, App Engine Studio.
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
