Position Overview:
The Technical Solutions Architect - ServiceNow is responsible for pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions. This role collaborates across departments and acts as a ServiceNow SME, working with the Practice Leader to define and execute the go-to-market strategy to expand Zones' capabilities.
The TSA architect fosters consensus, alignment, and scalable, innovative solutions aligned with the GTM strategy. Candidates should be located in the Central & East US regions.

Travel up to 20% required.
- Serve as SME for Zones ServiceNow Practice, with expertise in platform capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
- Contribute to development of ServiceNow products, services, and solutions aligned with GTM.
- Implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM frameworks from scratch.
- Drive internal enablement initiatives across departments to increase ServiceNow market presence.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and POCs; facilitate quarterly reviews on ServiceNow adoption.
- Participate in customer discovery calls to tailor ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Support talent development and expand ServiceNow capabilities within Zones.
- Evaluate and onboard partners for ServiceNow technology alliances.
- Plan and lead training programs for technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and solution customization.
- Ability to develop creative, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
- Collaborative, customer-focused, proactive mindset.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in product/service-led selling, particularly with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications; additional advanced certifications preferred.
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
