Position Overview:
The Technical Solutions Architect - ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role collaborates across departments with Zones Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams, acting as a ServiceNow SME. The TSA works with the Practice Leader to define and execute strategies to expand Zones' capabilities across industries.
The TSA architect builds consensus, drives alignment, creates tools, cultivates skills, and designs scalable, innovative solutions aligned with the GTM strategy. Candidates should be located in the Central & East regions of the US.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SME for the Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM Projects including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
- Assist in developing ServiceNow products, services, and solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
- Implement ServiceNow frameworks such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM from the ground up.
- Lead enablement initiatives across departments to increase ServiceNow market presence.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and POCs for ServiceNow solutions. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews on ServiceNow adoption.
- Participate in customer discovery calls to understand needs and tailor solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Support expansion of Zones' ServiceNow capabilities and develop talent within the team.
- Evaluate and onboard partners for ServiceNow alliances.
- Plan and execute training programs for technical teams on ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and customization skills.
- Ability to develop scalable, creative solutions for technical challenges.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Team-oriented, proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in product & service-led sales, especially with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and advanced certifications like CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, App Engine Studio.
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
