Technical Solution Architect, ServiceNow

Join to apply for the Technical Solution Architect, ServiceNow role at Zones, LLC.

This role offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The position requires up to 20% travel and is focused on the Central & East regions of the US.

Position Overview

The Technical Solutions Architect – ServiceNow provides pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions. The role involves collaboration across departments to act as a ServiceNow SME and support go-to-market strategies, build consensus, and develop scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the SME for Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).
2. Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
3. Develop ServiceNow products, services, and solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
4. Implement ServiceNow frameworks (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM).
5. Drive internal enablement and market penetration initiatives.
6. Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
7. Deliver presentations, demos, and POCs; facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews.
8. Participate in customer discovery calls to tailor solutions.
9. Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.
10. Support talent development within the ServiceNow practice.
11. Evaluate and onboard partners for ServiceNow alliances.
12. Plan and execute training programs for technical teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and solution tailoring.
• Proven ability to develop creative, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
• Collaborative, proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in product & service-led selling, especially with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications; advanced certifications preferred.
