Position Overview:
The Technical Solutions Architect - ServiceNow provides pre-sales assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions. This role collaborates across departments to act as a ServiceNow SME and works with the Practice Leader to define and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Zones' capabilities.
The TSA builds consensus, drives alignment, creates tools, and designs scalable solutions aligned with the GTM strategy. Candidates should be located in the Central & East US regions.

This role requires up to 20% travel.
- Serve as the SME for Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine).
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM projects including Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, HAM & SAM, Event Management, and CMDB & CSDM.
- Assist in developing ServiceNow products, services, and solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
- Implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM frameworks from scratch.
- Lead enablement initiatives across departments to drive ServiceNow market penetration.
- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and POCs; facilitate quarterly reviews on ServiceNow adoption.
- Participate in customer discovery calls to tailor solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Support talent development within the ServiceNow practice.
- Evaluate and onboard ServiceNow technology partners.
- Plan and execute training programs for technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12+ years in Solution Architecture; 8+ years with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and solution tailoring.
- Proven ability to develop scalable technical solutions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical needs.
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in product/service-led selling, especially with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications; advanced certifications preferred.
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus.
