Job summary

Resultant in Indianapolis seeks a Technical Services Specialist to deliver high-impact client support across desktop computers and networks. You will work with a team of engineers, analysts, and consultants to resolve issues and keep environments running smoothly.

The role involves on-site support, on-call rotation, and collaboration across departments. Candidates should have 1–3 years of desktop support experience and MSP background.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role.
• Prior MSP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, and backups.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide amazing support to clients, greatly exceeding their experience.
• Prepare desktops, laptops and hardware for customers.
• Keep customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
• Deliver assigned operational and project commitments to customers with the customer team.
• Monitor the customer team’s assigned alerts and respond appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with teams to meet client needs.
• Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver tasks on time.
