LATICRETE International is searching for a Technical Services Representative II based in Utah to assist customers with technical inquiries through various communication channels including phone and email. The role requires at least 3 years in the construction industry and 2 years of technical services experience.

The representative will also manage complaints in Salesforce, support training programs, and ensure technical documents are up-to-date. The position involves occasional travel and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors and internal customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries through Salesforce.
• Assist in training programs and update technical materials.
