Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat for customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints via Salesforce.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical support with sales.
• Update customer complaints in Salesforce.
• Participate in job site visits as needed.
