Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Technical Services Engineer III in the United States to help clients from initial integration through post-launch optimization. You will design, implement, and support technical solutions across our SaaS platform, ensuring reliability and scalability.

You will partner with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions and other teams to guide integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide ongoing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a tech field.
• Experience in a tech-focused, customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of designing, implementing and supporting client solutions on SaaS platforms.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP).
• Ability to read logs and write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues.
• Knowledge of affiliate or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus.
• Clear, customer-focused communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of impact.com’s platform and capabilities.
• Design, implement, and support technical integrations for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions for seamless onboarding and post-launch support.
• Own client technical issues end-to-end from investigation to resolution and communication.
• Manage incoming technical requests via ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify trends and risks; share insights with stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Help develop internal tools or reports to improve troubleshooting workflows.
