You will own complex technical challenges, mentor teams, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, improve test strategies, and help maintain high standards across services while working in a fast-paced, flexible environment supporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong communication skills with engineers, product and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-quality software across multiple services.
• Produce clear designs aligned to RX architecture principles.
• Build secure, observable, and maintainable systems.
• Lead technical decision-making with trade-offs between speed, quality and sustainability.
• Improve test strategy, deployment confidence, and code quality.
• Own operational health: monitoring, incident response and post-mortems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
