Job summary

Power3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a rapidly growing team in the United States. The role involves analyzing requirements, leading design and development activities, and guiding cross-functional teams in SAFe/agile ceremonies.

The candidate will provide technical leadership, develop system architecture documentation, and interact with government stakeholders to ensure the integrity of engineering work.

Qualifications

• Requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph (with Poly within last 5 years)
• Scrum Coach Certification

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities and guides users in formulating requirements and feasibility studies.
• Provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation and planning for system engineering management and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding SE considerations and deliverables; ensures technical integrity of work.
• Collaborates with Product Owner in SAFe/agile ceremonies including sprint reviews and PI planning.
