Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers to work with our largest customers, delivering end-to-end implementations of MongoDB Server, Search, and managed backups on Kubernetes platforms. You’ll enhance troubleshooting skills, analyze architectures, and ensure high availability in production environments.

You'll collaborate with enterprise clients, design backup strategies at scale, and contribute feedback to product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a Support role working directly with customers.
• 2+ years administering RDBMSs (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL); MongoDB experience preferred.
• 3+ years of combined experience in Kubernetes, DevOps, and IaC disciplines.
• 5+ years of mixed Cloud and on-prem infrastructure administration in production.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementations of MongoDB Server, MongoDB Search, and backups on Kubernetes platforms.
• Troubleshoot customer issues across production environments and complex architectures.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to design and validate backup strategies at scale.
• Provide product feedback to shape roadmaps and tooling.
