Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers who combine deep MongoDB knowledge with exceptional problem solving and customer service. You’ll advise customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to tooling and knowledge sharing.

You’ll work with large customers, covering architecture, performance, recovery, and security, while mentoring teammates and expanding expertise in new product lines. Flexible, remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux performance tuning and security, with hands-on diagnostics.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
• Storage engineering experience including NAS/SAN/SSD and caching.
• Ability to read code and script in one or more languages.
• Experience with production database systems and troubleshooting end-to-end.
• It is important to be a collaborative problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
