TMEIC Corporation Americas seeks a leader to develop and drive a robust Technical Services function across market segments, delivering responsive client support and service offerings that boost client performance and service revenue.

You will guide a cross-functional team, manage pipeline and margins, and ensure 24/7 coverage when needed, with travel up to 25%. The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with BU leadership, suppliers, and customers.

Formación

• BS in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or computer engineering or related field; or equivalent via education/experience.
• 5 years of technical/technical management in industrial control systems in metals, material handling, paper, or related industries.
• 3 years of client-facing technical sales/business development.
• Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve business goals.
• Experience reviewing large value services contracts to manage risk.
• Strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal/external contacts.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, MS Projects, and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a segment Technical Services plan aligned with BU commitments.
• Identify, qualify, and advance Technical Services opportunities with pricing and terms.
• Lead delivery of Technical Services commitments coordinating with multiple groups.
• Provide technical guidance to improve client operations and resolve issues.
• Coordinate resources to minimize operational and relationship impacts.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage when required through engineering, field, and partners.
• Develop the Technical Services team through planning, training, and staffing.
• Monitor performance measures (pipeline, revenue, backlog, schedule) and report to stakeholders.
• Lead warranty analysis and corrective actions with suppliers and manufacturing divisions.
• Manage capitalization budgets for the assigned segment.
