TMEIC Corporation Americas seeks a leader to develop and drive a Technical Services function across market segments, delivering responsive client support and service offerings that enhance client performance and expand service revenue.

You will steer a team across engineering, sales, and operations to meet MRP commitments, manage budgets, and optimize delivery quality. Travel ~25% and a focus on continuous improvement are key.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical or technical management in industrial control systems.
• At least 3 years of client-facing technical sales or business development.
• Proven leadership of teams to meet business goals.
• Experience managing financial results to plan in manufacturing or industrial services.
• Familiarity with reviewing commercial terms of large services contracts.
• Strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal/external contacts.
• Proven personal leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~25%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a segment Technical Services plan aligned with MRP commitments.
• Identify and advance Technical Services opportunities with defined scopes and prices.
• Lead delivery of assigned commitments coordinating with multiple Company groups.
• Improve client operations by providing technical guidance and service solutions.
• Coordinate resources and resolve issues to minimize impact on relationships.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage readiness for Technical Services support when needed.
• Develop the Technical Services team with training and staffing plans.
• Define and monitor performance measures like pipeline, forecast, and margin.
