TMEIC Corporation Americas in Dallas, TX seeks a leader to develop and run a Technical Services function serving multiple market segments. You will drive client support, service offerings, and revenue growth while meeting BU MRP commitments.

Formación

Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent via education/experience.
5 years of technical or technical management experience in industrial control systems.
3 years of client facing technical sales and/or business development.
Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve goals.
Experience managing financial results to plan in manufacturing or industrial services.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute a Technical Services plan aligned with BU MRP commitments.
Lead delivery of Technical Services commitments across multiple groups.
Improve client operational performance with technical guidance and service solutions.
Maintain 24/7 coverage and coordinate resources to ensure timely response.
Monitor performance metrics and provide stakeholder visibility.
