TMEIC Corporation Americas is seeking a senior leader to develop and run a Technical Services function across market segments, delivering responsive client support and service offerings that boost client performance and service revenue.

You will guide a cross-functional team, manage budgets, and ensure 24/7 coverage when needed while aligning with BU Mid-Range Plan commitments and ensuring high-quality, timely post-service reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor of science in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or computer engineering or related field, or equivalent via education and/or experience.
• 5 years of technical or technical management experience in industrial control systems in metals, materials handling, paper, or related industries.
• 3 years of client facing technical sales and/or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve business goals.
• Demonstrated financial management experience in manufacturing or industrial services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a Technical Services plan aligned with BU commitments to define client offerings, team capabilities, and revenue goals.
• Identify and advance Technical Services opportunities with proposals, pricing, and terms to meet pipeline and margin targets.
• Lead delivery of Technical Services commitments coordinating with multiple company groups to meet scope, cost, and schedule.
• Improve client operations by providing technical guidance and recommended service solutions.
• Coordinate resources and escalate issues to minimize operational impacts while maintaining client relationships.
