Job summary

TMEIC in Dallas is seeking a senior leader to develop and run a Technical Services function for key market segments. You will deliver responsive client support, define service offerings, manage resources, and drive revenue growth while meeting MRP commitments.

This role requires coordinating with commercial, engineering, and operations teams to deliver on schedule and budget. You will oversee 24/7 coverage when needed, lead a capable team, and drive continuous improvement across warranty, field

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or computer engineering or related field.
• 5 years of technical or technical management experience in industrial control systems.
• 3 years of client facing technical sales and/or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams to accomplish business goals.
• Experience reviewing commercial terms of large value services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Technical Services plans aligned with BU commitments.
• Identify, qualify, and advance Technical Services opportunities with proposals and pricing.
• Lead delivery of assigned- segment Technical Services commitments.
• Improve client operational performance with technical guidance and service solutions.
• Coordinate resources and communicate status to minimize impact.
• Maintain 24/7 coverage when required with team and partners.
• Develop the Technical Services team through planning and training.
• Define and monitor performance measures to optimize priorities and execution.
• Lead warranty analysis and corrective actions with suppliers and groups.
• Develop and manage capitalization budgets for Technical Services.
• Ensure timely post-service reports for warranty and client-paid work.
• Direct expertise and resources to fulfill project commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency.
