Job summary

ITW is seeking a Service Training Instructor to deliver established training programs in classroom, virtual, field, and hands-on environments using approved curriculum and tools. You will prepare training materials, equipment, simulators, and learning aids, and maintain documentation to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires assessing trainee performance, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with internal partners to support continuous improvement based on learner feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years in technical service or training.
• Experience delivering structured training or technical instruction preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional delivery techniques.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
