Job summary

ITW seeks a Service Training Instructor to deliver established training programs in classroom, virtual, field, and hands-on settings using approved curriculum and materials. You will ensure a safe, engaging learning experience and assess trainee performance to support skill development.

You will prepare training equipment and documentation, collaborate with internal partners, and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement based on observations and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering structured training or technical instruction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional delivery techniques.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across classroom, virtual, field, and hands-on environments.
• Prepare training materials, equipment, simulators, and learning aids.
• Maintain training documentation and records for compliance.
