ITW seeks a Service Training Instructor to deliver established training programs in classroom, virtual, field, and hands-on settings using approved curriculum and materials. You will ensure a safe, engaging learning experience and assess trainee performance to support skill development.

The Service Training Instructor is responsible for delivering established training programs in classroom, virtual, field, and hands-on environments using approved curriculum, training materials, and instructional methods. This role ensures a safe, engaging, and effective learning experience by facilitating technical instruction, assessing trainee performance, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The Service Training Instructor prepares training equipment, materials, simulators, and learning aids, maintains training documentation, and supports the successful execution of training programs. Working within defined standards and procedures, the Service Training Instructor collaborates with internal partners to support training delivery and contributes recommendations for continuous improvement based on training observations and learner feedback.
