Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Kansas City area seeks a Technical Service Specialist to troubleshoot and support Husqvarna Construction products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers, and collaborate with service technicians and product teams to improve service delivery.

Role focuses on documenting interactions, providing practical guidance, and contributing to training. Office-based with strong customer-focused collaboration; benefits include healthcare, 401(k), and education support.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ mechanical or technical experience.
• Solid product knowledge and mechanical/technical ability.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and illustrated parts lists.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Word, AS400, and customer-focused sales.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to teach/share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming technical calls from customers.
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide guidance.
• Support Service Technicians on product repairs.
• Assist with product training and repairs as needed.
• Partner with Product Management, Customer Service, QC, and R&D on field issues.
• Contribute to warranty policies and technical bulletins.
• Document calls and issues in the CRM.
