Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Technical Support Manager in South Carolina to oversee and coordinate technical service operations in the construction products industry. The successful candidate will have extensive supervisory experience and a deep understanding of LATICRETE products and construction practices.

This role includes managing the technical service team, providing guidance on proper material selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution. Ideal candidates should have at least 7 years of construction industry experience and an Associate’s Degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.
• Review and prepare technical documents; architectural details and specifications.

Skills

Supervisory and management skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line

Fluency in a second language

Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
