Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Service and Development Scientist for polyurethane rigid foams at our Marietta, GA location.

You will lead customer interactions, collaborate across technical, commercial and manufacturing teams, and develop new products to meet growth, performance, and sustainability goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field; or military experience at/elevated to E5.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in rigid foam polyurethane formulations and commercialization.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Designs value-creating solutions for customers with defined scope and impact.
• Develops hypotheses, plans and executes experiments; interprets results and refines hypotheses.
• Provides technical support for trials and scale-up of Dow products at customer sites.
