Job summary

Goodin Company seeks a knowledgeable Technical Service Advisor to support HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers, and help contractors and internal teams resolve real-world challenges.

You will provide product guidance, start-up support, warranty assistance, and participate in training, demonstrations, and manufacturer communications. A strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication are essential, with travel throughout the service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, mechanical systems, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, specifications, and product documentation.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, customer-first approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and mechanical system products.
• Assist customers with equipment selection, sizing, system applications, startup support, and product recommendations.
• Support HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, water heating, controls, and related product lines.
