Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers placing product orders via phone or in person.
• Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking orders and servicing walk-ins.
• Ensure orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
• Verify order delivery method for accuracy.
• Coordinate customer orders with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products to fit them.
