Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HVAC industry experience preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally and perform site visits if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to contractors, technicians, and internal teams by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with HVAC equipment applications, installation questions, troubleshooting, and system operation.
• Conduct technical training on HVAC products and systems.
• Perform job site visits to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support warranty claims by reviewing applications, communicating status, and coordinating with manufacturers.
• Help resolve warranty disputes between manufacturers and customers.
