Job summary

Assured Security in the Twin Cities area seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow revenue across product and service lines. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead to signed proposal—while conducting on-site surveys and delivering accurate quotes.

You will collaborate with Operations and Field Managers to ensure install-ready solutions, respond to referrals, and manage pipeline, forecasting, and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or related building products, security, or technical sales.
• Strong quoting and proposal development skills.
• Experience with OMS or CRM tools for pipeline tracking.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in the Twin Cities metro; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities—from initial lead through signed proposal.
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs, document conditions, and develop scope of work.
• Build and deliver professional quotes and present solutions to close deals.
• Coordinate with Operations and Field Managers on feasibility, scheduling, and installation requirements.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and report deal progress.
