Job summary
Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Early Career Sales BEST Program, a 6-month training program designed to launch a career in technical sales. You'll gain mentorship, classroom and hands-on experiences, and exposure to customers across the country to sharpen your technical and business acumen.
You will learn about fire safety equipment, services, and building solutions, while supporting proposals and building owner relationships to drive sustainable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions to help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
