Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) program in the United States. This 6-month development track is designed for recent engineering graduates to begin a career in technical sales, with a dedicated mentor and nationwide sales network.

Participants will gain proficiency in HVAC equipment and building solutions, while supporting sales activities and engaging with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners to drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
