Johnson Controls, Inc. is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in Wisconsin. Recent engineering graduates will join a 6‑month development track to gain technical sales skills, paired with mentors and a nationwide sales network.

You will learn HVAC equipment, support proposals, and interact with owners, architects, and engineers to drive building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that improve building performance and sustainability.
