Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) program in the United States. This 6-month development track pairs graduates with a mentor and a nationwide sales network to build technical sales skills.

You’ll learn Johnson Controls’ fire equipment, services, and building solutions while supporting sales activities and customer engagements. A strong emphasis on relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners drives outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls’ Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
