Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development track for new graduates to start a career in technical sales. You will be paired with mentors and gain hands-on experience with nationwide sales teams and real customer interactions.

You’ll learn about fire equipment, services, and building solutions, while developing technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field with anticipated graduation date Dec 2026 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
