Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. This 6-month development track is designed for recent graduates to begin a career in technical sales, with a dedicated mentor and a nationwide network of sales professionals.

From day one you’ll gain classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to develop technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills for a high-growth sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
