Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development path designed to launch a career in technical sales. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals for classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions.
From day one you’ll gain the technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills needed to excel in a high-growth sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and anticipated graduation date (Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
