Job summary
Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States for new engineering graduates. The 6-month development track pairs participants with mentors and a nationwide network of sales professionals, combining classroom learning with hands-on customer exposure to build technical and relationship skills.
Participants will learn HVAC equipment and building solutions while supporting sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions to help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes.
