Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program in the United States for new graduates. This 6-month development program pairs you with a mentor and a nationwide sales network to build technical sales skills, business acumen, and customer relationship abilities.

You'll learn about Fire equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals, and engage with contractors, architects, engineers and owners to drive building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by December 2026 in a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Preferred: internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
