The program emphasizes hands-on experience, classroom training, and nationwide collaboration to develop technical expertise, business acumen and relationship-building skills for a high-growth sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation date December 1406 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
