Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the BEST Program, a 6-month technical sales development track designed to build product knowledge, business acumen, and relationship skills. Trainees are paired with a mentor and gain exposure to nationwide sales teams and customer projects.

Participants will learn security equipment and building solutions, support proposals, and engage with key stakeholders across contractors, architects, and engineers to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Security equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
