• Experience in technical sales or design roles.
• Deep understanding of product specifications and URS.
• Ability to travel up to 50% primarily in North America.

Responsibilities

• Work with Global Sales Manager to develop business strategy and monitor progress of goals.
• Assist in reviewing potential new markets and/or products.
• Participate in engineering change request program to improve products.
• Improve corporate knowledge base through training and seminars.
• Review incoming RFQs and related specifications.
• Assist with proposal development and cost estimates.
• Contact clients to follow up on proposals and strategize to win work.
• Coordinate legal review of contract terms and conditions.
• Review customer purchase orders prior to acceptance.
• Negotiate all change orders to ensure scope compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing on advertising and trade show initiatives.
• Travel to potential customers to build relationships.
• Plan visits to existing accounts to monitor activity and upsell.
• Establish competitor SWOT database.
• Identify new product lines or acquisition opportunities.
• Other duties to support corporate sales objectives.
