VOSS Automotive is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist in Indianapolis, IN (Remote) to bridge technical expertise with customer needs. You will engage with customers, perform Needs Analysis, lead demonstrations, and guide RFQ processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel, including internationally, is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, with fluid management knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage, qualify and conduct Needs Analysis to scope customer needs and requirements for VOSS solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including retrofit/up-fit work on customer trucks.
• Lead product demonstrations and influence decision-makers to choose VOSS products.
• Lead, manage, and provide technical input on RFQ processes.
• Document and track activity in Salesforce and generate opportunity/status reports.
• Support field marketing events and coordinate with project teams.
